Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 20:00, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 20:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cannot be canceled after reservation

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

· Mali-Mali Garden Spa will arrange same gender masseuse/masseurs based on customer's gender (subjected to availability).

· Refunds will not be granted to unredeemed tickets from travelers who choose to proceed to Ventus Spa on their own, please consider before booking.

· If you like to change your reservation time, please contact customer service at least 1 day prior to the experience. The available time slot will be subject to on-site availability.
