Free transfer for Ao Nang area

For pick-up in Krabi Town and Ao Nang: Package A has a transfer surcharge of 400 THB per person, while Packages B-D have a transfer surcharge of 100 THB per person.

For transfers at Taokai: Package A has an additional transfer fee of 400 THB per person, while Packages B-D have an additional transfer fee of 200 THB per person.

Please read the following important notice carefully:

1. Upon receiving the confirmation, immediately check if the [booking details] are correct, especially the [hotel transfer information], to avoid pickup issues due to incorrect information. Also reconfirm that the [provided phone number can receive calls]. If you [change your phone number], notify customer support promptly to update it.

2. Please arrive at the [hotel lobby] on time according to the [pick-up start time] on your confirmation. The Thai driver [will not call in advance], and the driver's waiting time is approx. 5 min. However, due to the nature of shared transfer services, driver delays are common. If you do not see the driver within 20 min after the scheduled pick-up time, please [contact customer support to track the vehicle] and wait patiently.

3. Individuals who have recently undergone surgery, are postpartum, have recently had a miscarriage, are pregnant, or are over 70 years old; those with heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, spinal conditions, heat sensitivity, malignant tumors, or other conditions unsuitable for sea travel must inform customer support before the trip. On the day of the excursion, the shipping company reserves the right to deny boarding for safety reasons, with no refund provided. Any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the traveler.
