Unfortunately, our departure was delayed by more than 45 minutes due to a traffic accident, but thankfully the local guide managed to catch up with the schedule once we were on the road.
Our guide, Peter, deserves a special mention. He’s an excellent storyteller, with strong bilingual skills in both Mandarin and English. His commentary was informative, entertaining, and really brought each stop to life.
That said, the traffic congestion throughout the day caused us to miss out on fully enjoying some key highlights. We couldn’t explore the Red Brick Warehouse since it closed at 7:00 PM, and we were also disappointed to miss the Ramen Museum, which closed at 6:00 PM. By the time we reached Yokohama, most attractions were already shut. Luckily, we still managed to catch the return cable car ride, which was a nice way to wrap up the day.★

The service was incredibly responsive throughout. I inquired months in advance, and the staff were all very friendly. Our guide, Mr. Long, was also fantastic! His service was absolutely amazing – a superb smile! His driving skills were top-notch, he was very punctual, and we chatted and laughed the whole way. He even recommended some attractions and good restaurants! He was also very thoughtful (providing directions to restrooms, dining options, etc.). The weather was perfect too! Absolutely amazing! They also have tours to Izu!! And this year's mild winter meant the cherry blossoms in Izu bloomed a few days ago! Everyone, go for it!!! Contact the shop and make your plans now!!! Be sure to wear sunscreen, as the sun is incredibly strong!!★

Our tour guide, Kiki, was incredibly thoughtful! She could switch fluently between Chinese and English, ensuring that every tourist could understand her explanations. She would also proactively share useful tips, such as the best spots for taking photos. For someone like me who doesn't drive, having a direct bus was so convenient; I didn't have to worry about transportation at all!★

Upon arriving in Japan, I hastily decided to join a small tour group on Wednesday. I wanted to visit both an outlet mall and Mount Fuji, and after much deliberation, I chose this tour. The meeting point was the Washington Hotel, not far from my accommodation in Shinjuku. The driver was incredibly friendly and patiently explained the sights we encountered along the way. The outlet mall was huge; two hours might not have been enough. However, you can't have your cake and eat it too, so I couldn't skip Mount Fuji. The view of Mount Fuji from the outlet mall was absolutely perfect. In the afternoon, we also visited the Golden Torii Gate, Lake Yamanaka, and Lake Kawaguchi. We fed the geese, bought some limited-edition Mount Fuji items, and even visited a Lawson convenience store. The whole trip was surprisingly relaxing, making it especially suitable for families with elderly members.
