Overtime fee for 5-15 seats is 50 CNY/hr, and for vehicles with more than 15 seats is 100 CNY/hr (Note: Overtime fee is to be paid directly to the driver. No additional fee will be charged for less than 29 minutes of overtime. For overtime exceeding 29 minutes, the fee will be charged per hour. Placing an order indicates that you have read and agreed to these terms).

Inclusions: Road tolls, fuel fees, parking fees, daily driver meal allowance, driver service fee.

[Additional Attractions] This is a private charter tour with a fixed itinerary that cannot be altered on the day of travel. If you need to make changes, please contact customer support. Additional fees will apply for added attractions (payable directly to the driver).

[Booking Confirmation] The driver will call the guest to confirm details before 23:00 the day before. If not contacted, please proactively reach out to customer support.

[Service Area] Pick-up and drop-off address is limited to a single location in Handan. Additional charges apply for locations outside this area.

Vehicle cleanliness: Well-maintained and clean vehicles with pre-trip inspections for safe and worry-free journeys.

[Vehicle Type Arrangement] All vehicle types are randomly assigned (please contact customer support if you need to specify a vehicle type).

For multi-seat vehicle types (15 seats and above), itinerary changes are not supported on the same day. Please carefully consider your travel route and confirm before placing your order (a double price difference will be charged for any changes).

[Force Majeure] Additional costs caused by force majeure factors such as traffic delays, strikes, weather conditions, aircraft malfunctions, flight cancellations, or schedule changes are not included.

Note: During holidays, there may be temporary traffic controls in the city with many roads restricted. Vehicles with 8 or more seats are not allowed on the road. If your travel day encounters restrictions, the travel agency will arrange vehicle type upgrades, such as two 5-seaters, two 7-seaters, or one 5-seater and one 7-seater, to ensure normal travel.

1. Please select the appropriate vehicle type based on the actual number of passengers or luggage. If the number of passengers or luggage does not match the booking on the day of travel, the driver has the right to refuse service (you may also negotiate to pay the difference for a vehicle upgrade).

2. No refund will be given if you terminate or abandon the trip midway due to personal reasons. Any cancellation or modification requests will be invalid without prior confirmation from customer support.

3. For delays, route changes, or itinerary cancellations caused by force majeure factors, our company does not accept cancellations or refund requests based on these reasons. Your understanding is appreciated.

4. After the itinerary is successfully arranged and confirmed by customer support, the driver will follow the agreed itinerary on the day. If there are any changes to the itinerary, additional attractions, or overtime, extra fees will apply. If the customer insists on visiting attractions outside the itinerary without paying the additional fees, the driver has the right to refuse. We appreciate your understanding!

5. During holidays, prices for 5-seater, 7-seater, 9-seater, and 15-seater vehicles will increase by 100-400 CNY. Due to limited availability, changes or refunds are not permitted. For details, please contact customer support.

6. This product covers pick-up & drop-off service at a single location within Beijing's 3rd Ring Road. If your request exceeds this area or requires multiple stops, please contact customer support to calculate additional fees. Please be advised that orders will be placed by default with these conditions.
