We decided to take my parents and kids to Zhangjiajie for New Year's Day. After reading countless travel guides, I was completely overwhelmed, especially with elderly people and children traveling together. In the end, we chose this private tour through Ctrip. They provided pick-up and drop-off service, and a guide accompanied us throughout the trip! It was definitely worth it. The scenery in Zhangjiajie is breathtaking, and we were incredibly lucky to witness the rarest snowfall of the year! Our guide was Liao Qin. Her explanations were excellent. We communicated with her a day in advance, knowing my parents' mobility issues meant they couldn't walk too much, so she tried to take us on the park's transportation as much as possible, and we saw all the highlights! We were extremely satisfied! If we had tried to find our own way, we probably wouldn't have been able to see all the beautiful sights in a day! The group bus picked us up directly from the hotel. It was convenient and saves us a lot of trouble. The bus was also very clean, and the driver's driving skills were excellent! We'll definitely come back for a second visit when the weather is nice! Zhangjiajie is definitely worth it!

My friend and I had a truly wonderful experience with this tour. The itinerary was very well selected and thoughtfully planned. We really appreciated how flexible it was — Jason adjusted the schedule according to the weather, yet we were still able to visit all the main highlights without missing anything. The locations were beautifully chosen and perfectly organized. At every destination, Jason provided interesting explanations, historical insights, and engaging storytelling. His English is excellent, very clear and easy to understand. He also has such a bright and cheerful personality, which made the whole trip feel even more enjoyable and lively. We especially appreciated how he always tried to give us the best possible experience. At the Bailong Elevator, he helped us get a spot closer to the glass so we could fully enjoy the breathtaking view. On the train, he guided us to sit in the best position to admire the Zhangjiajie mountain scenery. These thoughtful details truly made a

A truly excellent tour guide! To be honest, I encountered many scams along the way in western Hunan, but I guess the tourist attractions have no choice but to tolerate them. However, today I met a breath of fresh air – our guide, Achong. He's very genuine, speaks his mind, never complains, doesn't try to sell anything, and doesn't push sales. He dedicated himself to explaining the history, culture, and attractions throughout the trip. He hasn't been in this profession for very long, and I hope he stays true to his original aspirations, helping more people appreciate the beautiful scenery and the local customs. Keep it up!

It was an amazing tour. Guide Mary did an excellent job and made the trip enjoyable. The cable car and the 99 bend road at Tianmen mountain were superb. Also the glass bridge was nice. We were scared at first, but was enjoyable after a while. Thanks again to Mary for being a wonderful guide. Thank you
