He took us to the tour sites quickly and safely, and since we were in a hurry, he even took us to another place that wasn't on the initial itinerary. He also gave us a souvenir of Welsh sweets. It was an amazing tour and our tour guide Max has loads of stories to share, never a boring time onboard. It was a good balance of activities and places like the waterfalls and the Caerphilly castle at the end of the day. I didn't really have any knowledge about the itinerary at all when I booked this tour but I am very glad for the nice surprise it turned out to be. truly recommend for first timers visiting Cardiff.★
