Booking Information
- Facilities and Services: Not wheelchair accessible. Infants must sit on adults' laps. Most travelers can participate in this tour.
- Itinerary Adjustment: Due to damage caused by wildfires last summer, Parks Canada has currently closed access to Maligne Canyon Falls for infrastructure repairs to ensure visitor safety. If repairs are not completed by your selected travel date, the short hike to Maligne Canyon Falls will be unavailable. In this case, the itinerary will be slightly adjusted to include alternative stops showcasing the area's unique beauty, such as visiting Maligne Lookout for panoramic views of the dramatic landscape, and extending the stay at Medicine Lake for a short lakeside walk to admire its beauty surrounded by towering limestone cliffs. The trip duration and price remain unchanged, and the overall experience will still allow visitors to explore and discover the natural wonders of Maligne Valley.
- Transfer arrangements: If you require hotel transfer service, please specify the hotel name for check-in when making a reservation. The transfer time will be confirmed during booking. The nearby parking lot provides full-day parking service.
- Travel advice: The itinerary is not affected by weather, but it's recommended to wear appropriate clothing based on conditions. As the tour involves some walking, comfortable walking shoes are advised.
- Group size limit and cancellation policy: This travel activity has a minimum group size requirement. If the number of travelers is insufficient after booking confirmation, the itinerary may be canceled. In such cases, travelers can choose alternative itineraries or receive a full refund. The transfer time during the trip is roughly fixed, but the actual duration may be affected by daily schedules and traffic conditions.
