12:00 PM, Longjing Village
2:00 PM, guided tour, Longjing Tea Plantation, Longjing Village. A local tea farmer will lead us up the Longjing tea mountain for a half-day tea farming experience. Bring your hat and bamboo rain hat to learn tea-picking techniques and discover the history of Longjing Village. After tea picking, return to the farmer's home to experience the most crucial step in green tea production—"fixation." Then, sit under the osmanthus tree and savor a cup of Longjing spring tea.
