1. Before departure, please ensure that your physical condition is suitable for participating in the itinerary. You should truthfully inform the travel agency of your health status. Pregnant women, seniors over 60, and those with heart disease, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, cervical or spinal diseases, or other conditions unsuitable for speedboating, as well as those prone to severe motion sickness, are prohibited from participating. If such individuals are found to have participated without authorization, they will not be allowed to continue the itinerary and no refund will be issued. If travelers conceal the above conditions and accidents occur during boarding and departure, they will bear the consequences themselves. Island tours inevitably involve certain safety risks; please choose carefully based on your physical condition.

2. Please take a photo of each traveler's passport information page and keep it on your phone for pier registration (original not required);

3. During the sea trip, please wear your life jacket properly at all times. In case of any situation, please actively cooperate with the arrangements and instructions of our guide and staff to ensure everyone's safety. Do not walk around the cabin or sit at the bow while the boat is moving. Items to bring: swimwear, towel, waterproof shoes (sandals suitable for water activities), camera, sunscreen, mosquito repellent. Do not tease monkeys or cats during the trip to avoid being scratched.

4. For a better experience during your visit, please avoid carrying unnecessary or valuable items. The seller will not be responsible for any loss or damage of such items. In case of emergencies or if you need assistance, please contact customer support promptly.

5. If the itinerary includes a free or additional fee-based shared transfer service to the pier, please wait at the hotel lobby on time. The vehicle may arrive late, so patience is required. If you are concerned about this, you may contact the merchant one day in advance to request a paid private transfer. If you fail to wait at the hotel lobby at the designated time and the driver cannot pick you up, you will need to take a taxi to the pier at your own expense. The driver will wait at the hotel lobby for a maximum of 10 min.

6. Phuket often experiences sudden showers and changeable weather. The cruise company will arrange trips based on announcements from the Maritime Safety Administration. If sailing is not permitted (due to strong winds or waves even on sunny days) and there is a possibility of cancellation on the day of departure, we will contact you immediately upon receiving the cancellation notice, allowing free rescheduling or cancellation. In case of rainy weather but with sailing permitted (no strong winds or waves according to the Maritime Safety Administration), the cruise company will proceed with the trip as scheduled and will not accept same-day cancellation or rescheduling requests.
