It was a great experience. It was my first time to take a one-day tour. We visited Tomita Farm, Shirahige Falls, Aoike Pond, and Shikisai-no-Oka. I didn't bring a power bank, so the guide lent me one to charge. 🔋 I was so touched. The guide was very patient in explaining things along the way. I will definitely take part again next time.★

We were staying in in Asahikawa and our tour guide Rii was wonderful in facilitating us being able to join and leave the tour . She was very helpful throughout the trip and was definitely one of the highlights in our booking.★

We had a wonderful day trip! We booked a day in advance through the Trip.com mobile app, and although we weren't departing from Sapporo, thanks to excellent communication and understanding, we were able to join the group at Asahiyama Zoo on time. Our guide, Sophia, was incredibly attentive, communicating in Japanese, English, and Mandarin to ensure everyone understood the itinerary.
We had ample time to explore and take photos at each attraction. One pleasant surprise was the unexpected opportunity to see the Biei Christmas tree up close, something we had originally planned to only view from the bus. Thanks to Sophia and the driver's on-site assessment, the entire group was able to get off the bus for photos!
Speaking of the driver, he could also communicate with us in Japanese and Mandarin. Since our hotel was located in Asahikawa and we weren't returning to Sapporo by tour bus, the guide and driver even checked the public bus schedules after New Year's Day to understand any special changes and arrangements. Their meticulous and patient service made our experience even more enriching.
At Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls, Sophia's explanations gave us a deeper understanding of these beautiful places. Heartfelt thanks to Trip.com for the arrangements, and to Gogoday for the day trip that added such unforgettable moments to our Hokkaido trip! 😄🙏★

We were so lucky to have met our tour leader, Xiao Pan! He's humorous, witty, and always full of energy, making the trip a constant source of laughter. His introduction to Hokkaido's local cuisine was vivid, the time management was excellent, and he was always ready to answer any questions—he was incredibly kind. Tenzo was our guide & he was brilliant, very organised and very informative. The itinerary was great the snowmobile was the highlight for us. The zoo was very rushed and only saw the penguins. Recommend the tour though. 👍
