The itinerary was excellent and our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and engaging throughout the trip. We really appreciated the effort put into planning the route and sharing local insights. The only aspect that caught us by surprise was the communal lunch arrangement. We had not expected a shared dining setup and were hoping to have lunch independently. While we understand this may be part of the tour experience, it would have been helpful if this had been communicated in advance. In addition, some members of tour group did not observe proper dining etiquette when using shared dishes and serving chopsticks. This made the experience rather uncomfortable and unhygienic for us. That said, the guide was truly brilliant, and aside from the lunch arrangement, the overall experience was very enjoyable.

Our tour guide, Wang Dan, is a lovely girl from Chengdu. She speaks gently, provides meticulous service, and offers rich explanations. The overall itinerary is well-designed for tourists who only have one day and want to visit two major attractions. The total walks are estimated at 20,000 steps. Mount Qingcheng uses cable cars for both the up and down as well, so it wasn't too tiring. We enjoyed the hike without feeling exhausted. The Dujiangyan Irrigation System's back-entry, front-exit design prevents everyone from backtracking.

It's rare to encounter such a wonderful Ctrip tour guide, Ms. Rao. At the Giant Panda Base, she led us on a tour, searching for pandas, and we saw about a dozen – we were very satisfied. The weather wasn't great today, especially at the Dujiangyan Scenic Area; it was windy and drizzling. However, Ms. Rao was incredibly dedicated, providing detailed and easy-to-understand explanations, as if she knew everything perfectly well. She was also very patient and had a wonderful attitude. I hope to meet her again next time.

The whole trip was very relaxing. We set off around noon to have lunch first, and then visited Dujiangyan. The route was very reasonable after being designed by our guide, Li. It avoided conflicts with the queuing crowds and allowed us to see the highlights of Dujiangyan. Li's explanations were also very detailed and responsible. The whole group was very happy.
