The pick-up time is for reference only and is subject to the actual time shown on the issued ticket. The driver will proactively contact you before 8 PM the day before to confirm travel arrangements. Please ensure your phone is reachable at that time.
Inclusions: Each adult includes a full-price admission ticket (105) + bus ticket (85) + Chibei Tourist Shuttle (24). Children's price defaults to no ticket for children under 1.2m in height.
The package does not include the 165 CNY/person snowmobile ride to the Heaven Lake attraction at the West Slope of Changbai Mountain Scenic Area during winter. Visitors must purchase the Changbai Mountain combo ticket first, followed by the West Slope main peak snowmobile ticket. In other seasons, no additional ticket is required—visitors can reach the summit by climbing the stairs. After ticket inspection, take the shuttle directly to the Heaven Lake attraction for sightseeing. Whether the Heaven Lake on Changbai Mountain is open depends on the daily announcement from the scenic area. Service staff do not accompany visitors inside the park. The Alpine Garden, Tizi River, and Pond of the King are only open for approximately half a month each year, subject to the scenic area's official announcements.
Pre-trip Warm Reminders for Changbai Mountain
Heaven Lake on Changbai Mountain is a natural view, and its daily opening cannot be predicted. If you learn the attraction is closed before departure (note: not the Heaven Lake closure), you can get an unconditional free refund as no vehicle or admission ticket is involved. If you're informed of the attraction closure after departure, the admission ticket can be refunded for free.
For those eligible for special discounts such as students with a student ID, active military personnel, or seniors, please contact customer support in advance. Without prior communication, full-price tickets will be purchased by default, and no refunds will be issued for any discounts missed. We appreciate your understanding.
Eligible travelers should bring the relevant ID and inform the service staff in advance. After your return, please contact our staff for refund inquiries. Refunds are not based on the listed prices at the attraction/venue. We appreciate your understanding!
Visitors eligible for discounts with special IDs who fail to bring their IDs or do not meet the attraction's ID requirements due to personal reasons will be responsible for any consequences and will not be allowed entry. Please take note!
During peak season, waitlisting may be difficult. Please note that discounts applied to special IDs are non-refundable.

During peak season, Changbai Mountain admission tickets require a 7-day advance waitlist. After your successful booking, we will make every effort to secure your tickets!
If the ticket is successfully issued, the visit time will be based on the issuance time
If ticket issuance fails, free changes or cancellations are available before 15:00 the day before travel. If no changes/cancellations are made, we will continue waitlisting for tickets. If attempts persistently fail or the attraction closes, a full refund will be provided.
