Everything went well; the driver didn't speed or honk the horn the whole way, like some other drivers. We left on schedule at 10:10 PM and arrived in Nha Trang around 4:30 AM. The ticket price could have been lower, because basically, as stated, you pay for a night on the sleeper bus and, if you arrive at night, you have to pay extra for an early check-in or a full night's hotel reservation, or, if you're desperate, you have to wait until check-in at 2:00 PM, roughly 12 hours.★

It's a Gazelle, by the way. But the interior isn't like a minibus, with comfortable, leather-like seats. The route from Nha Trang to Dalat is very scenic, as Dalat is in the mountains. At times, the road seemed dangerous; mudslides do happen there. But the driver was professional, and we had a wonderful ride, stopping once for 20 minutes.★

I booked a VIP bus from Da Nang to Nha Trang. I was completely satisfied with the trip. The bus was truly excellent: comfortable berth, clean, air conditioning worked well, Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The arrival was quick. No complaints, everything went smoothly. I highly recommend it!★

When I arrived and stepped out, the driver was waiting with a name tag, so I got in the car right away without having to wander around.
Even though English isn't spoken well, I had entered my destination when booking, so I was able to get to my accommodation comfortably without saying a single word. It seems like a great service. ;0
