The activity in general was very good, we were able to make the most of the day… The only thing I didn't like was that the employees, once they had sold you the ticket, were not friendly with the questions you had to ask them.

Eloy picked us up from the cruise ship and provide an excellent tour of Miami, before dropping us off tight on time to catch our flight home. He took us to Little Havana and provided great historical information and a fun stop at a Cuban bakery. Thank you, Eloy for a great time!

This is a must-do tour for anyone visiting Miami for the first time. Our tour guide, Pedro, did a great job narrating the history and highlights of areas such as Downtown Miami, Coconut Grove, and Little Havana. The bus stops were brief—ranging from about 10 to 30 minutes depending on the location—but enough to get a good overview of each area. After the bus tour, we had a one-hour lunch break at Bayside Marketplace, which was a nice opportunity to relax and explore. The experience ended with a boat tour, which was equally enjoyable. The guide pointed out the waterfront mansions of various celebrities. Overall, it was a well-organized and informative way to see many parts of Miami in a single day.
