I felt very reassured because I was able to contact them in advance via What's Up. They gave us a welcome drink before the tour, and above all, their photography and videography skills at tourist spots were excellent, so I was more satisfied than I expected. They also gave detailed explanations at each destination, and since they had time, they took us to recommended places outside of the tour. I would like to use them again next time.
