One of the highlights of our Almaty trip. The 17-hour tour covered Charyn Canyon, Saty Village, Kaindy Lake, and Kolsai Lake and was very well organised. The home-cooked lunch at Saty Village was simple but heartwarming. The old Soviet bus ride to Kaindy Lake was a unique experience.
Our English guide, Saya, was very kind and attentive, and the driver was steady and professional throughout the long journey. Small group of only 8 people, clean van, and we even had extra time to visit Black Canyon. Definitely worth it.★

Although mercedes mini buses were there but smell of diesel fumes was a bit irritating however it's value for money, well organized , everything in time well planned , Amina guide was highly concerned of all guests very professional and knowledgeable★

This is a solid one-day activity to experience the Kazakh outdoors. We went to 5 sites, including a ride on an old Soviet bus and a pony, with a delicious lunch at a local home. If you have more time, stretching it to a two-day trip with an overnight stay in a yurt would probably be better but if you only have a day to spare, do this. We had a pleasant guide, Naz, and driver and they managed a packed day without us feeling too rushed. ★

We combined on the same day the Almaty city tour and the visit to the Shymbulak Ski Station. Even in the summer, that's a very beautiful and pleasant place. On the highest point you have a great view of the place. Our guide from Neomad, Nursultan, was a great company, we had an excellent day with him.★

The driver Madi was friendly and helpful. The ride was safe. Issue lake was beautiful and hike for waterfall was exciting.
