Details: As soon as we arrive and get to know each other, we will start preparing our Tiramisu to then put in the fridge to eat. We will whip and eggs and prepare our cream. Then we will complete our tiramisu with coffee-dipped biscuits and a rich sprinkling of cocoa.
Once the tiramisu is finished we will begin to prepare our Italian egg pasta dough.
Once the dough has been made, working with our hands and simple rolling pins, we will make our pasta sheet from which we will then make our pasta shapes.
We will cut and fill the Ravioli with fresh Ricotta, we will prepare the Maltagliati to eat with potatoes and provola, and we will also make tagliatelle for the Nerano pasta.
We will talk about the tools, flour, eggs and other ingredients and I will reveal the secrets to having a good cooking point.
After preparation, our chef will cook the pasta you have prepared and you can eat a plate of each prepared dish, water and 1 drink are included.
