4. No refund will be provided if visitors fail to travel as scheduled due to personal reasons (such as being late, not carrying ID, fighting, or any other behavior that disrupts public order).

5. Travelers who feel unwell before or on the day of the trip must inform us in advance. The organizer will not be responsible for any accidents caused by concealing health conditions.

6. Avoid dangerous behavior during the trip. Visitors should pay attention to their personal safety and belongings.

7. There are ID requirements for admission to paid attractions on the day, so please ensure visitors bring the corresponding IDs.

8. The entry time slot for Xuzhou Museum on the day of visit will be arranged by the attraction. If you have any concerns, please reconsider your booking. The specific entry time will be notified one day before your visit.

9. For private tours, vehicles of the same grade will be arranged. For private chartered tours with fewer than 10 visitors, the guide's admission tickets may not be waived at some attractions, so visitors may need to cover the guide's ticket costs.
