1. The exact session time is subject to the meeting time specified on the confirmation sheet.
2. To book a guide, you must purchase the guided tour service. Individual admission tickets do not include guide services. Guided tour packages do not include Versailles gardens. If you need admission tickets for Versailles gardens, please order the admission ticket package separately.
Note:
1. Guides will be randomly assigned after booking. Discrimination against guides based on race, appearance, age, or other reasons to request a change is not allowed. Please do not book if this is a concern.
2. Please arrive at the designated meeting point 15 minutes before your scheduled time to meet the guide. Late arrivals will have their guided tour duration reduced by the amount of time they are late (e.g., if you booked a 90-minute tour starting at 9:00 AM and ending at 10:30 AM, but arrive at 9:30 AM, your tour will still end at 10:30 AM). To ensure the best experience, please arrive on time. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals.
3. During the Olympics, Paris traffic will be quite congested. We recommend taking the subway instead of taxis to avoid being late.
