We booked this believing it was more of a guided tour, but it’s actually more of a hop-on, hop-off bus service taking you between the different places, where you then explore independently. That said, we had a really enjoyable day! The bus was clean, comfortable and a great way to get around, and our driver was funny, friendly and made the journeys really enjoyable. We loved getting to see all the different places and had a great time exploring at our own pace. It’s worth knowing that the windmill tours are an additional cost, as is the windmill museum, so these aren’t included in the ticket. Overall, a really fun and enjoyable day out. Just go knowing that it’s more of a comfortable hop-on, hop-off experience with self-guided exploring rather than a traditional guided tour.

This was fantastic! It was our first time bringing the kids to Beijing, and this itinerary allowed us to visit three attractions in one day. Plus, we had such a wonderful tour guide, Mr. Sun! He was incredibly kind, patient with the children, and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. He was very attentive and even offered to take photos of our whole family. I highly recommend him!
