Eugene was engaging, sharp and funny. I felt like my negative experience of Santiago had changed and I was able to get a feel for the history, architecture, technology and economy. We saw lots of early buildings of great importance to Chile including the merging of the new and old city. The other participants on the tour were so nice which made the tour even better. The tour was comprehensive and included government buildings, universities, commercial buildings and banks, a church and cathedral, recommendations on museums, a tour of the beautiful Lucia Hill and more.

Great experience! Claudio was an expert tour guide and very knowledgeable on the history of Santiago. Very personable! Was willing to accommodate a detour for some local shopping.
