The garden is designated as a National Scenic Spot, while the Kannon Hall and Kaisan Hall are designated as National Treasures. The autumn foliage at Eihō-ji is also listed as one of the "33 Best Autumn Leaves in Mino." In front of the main hall stands a 700-year-old ginkgo tree, designated as a municipal Natural Monument, along with ceramic lanterns decorated with Shino and Oribe glazes.

▲ 11:30 AM Enakyo Observatory, approx. 0.5h duration Enakyo was formed about 100 years ago when the Kiso River was dammed by the Oi Dam, creating this artificial lake. The canyon's cliffs are lined with unique rock formations. In spring, around 200 cherry blossoms bloom at the Small Wave Plaza, accompanied by beautiful camellias. During summer, the vibrant green scenery and the red Enakyo Bridge create a stunning view. In fall, maple trees and foliage adorn the lakeside, while winter welcomes wild ducks and seabirds, making it a great spot for birdwatching. Enakyo's charm lies in its ability to offer breathtaking experiences across all four seasons.
