Thank you for the tour with guide Ajun. (RCZ-1289) As a family of four traveling with two children, I was worried about transportation and safety, but the guide was so kind and attentive, allowing me to enjoy the tour with peace of mind. The guide was so cheerful and fun, and we had a wonderful time. He was especially helpful in finding great photo spots, which made our family photos truly memorable. The beautiful scenery of Sun Moon Lake and Qingjing Farm, combined with the guide's excellent service, made for a perfect day. I highly recommend!

Our Jiufen and Shifen Old Street & Shifen Waterfall day tour was absolutely wonderful and one of the highlights of our Taiwan trip. Visiting Jiufen Old Street, Shifen Old Street, and Shifen Waterfall all in one day was very well planned and not rushed. The scenery was beautiful—from the charming streets and local food in Jiufen, to the unique lantern experience in Shifen, and the impressive views at the waterfall. Everything flowed smoothly, making it a very enjoyable day. Our guide Lyndon was amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive. He explained the history and stories behind each place, made sure everyone was comfortable, and kept the tour relaxed and fun. His guidance truly made the experience more meaningful and stress-free. He took photos too. Highly recommended if you want to see these iconic spots in one day with a great guide and a well-organized itinerary.


