Boat tickets are free for children under 1.2 meters in height, while same price for all visitors applies to other guests.

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 18:00, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
A fee of 90% will be charged for cancellations requested before 00:00 on the day of date of use.
A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested after 00:00 on the day of date of use.
Cannot be canceled after reservation
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
