Our Mount Titlis experience was surreal had the most magical time in this place from the moment we got in the bus our Tour guide/ driver was absolutely fantastic I cannot remember his name but would definitely do this excursion again he made us all feel very welcoming our journey first started at Lake Lucerne we stopped there for 2 hours with breath taking views and then around 40 minute journey to Mount Titlis Engelberg.★

We had an engaging tour and conversation with our exceptional guide Florane/Fiona. She took us to several notable locations and told us of many more. We also enjoyed hearing about good restaurant options as well as the museums and other attractions available in the area. ★

This was our first time in Lugano. Florane was our guide and she was an absolute delight. Aside from giving us an excellent historical overview of the city and various sites (churches, monuments, plazas), she gave us practical advice about traveling in this city. She spoke English fluently and shared funny anecdotes as well. In short, if we ever travelled back here again - my wife and I would love to have her as our tour guide again. She was great.
