Customer service responded quickly; they answered any questions immediately. We booked on Friday for Saturday, and the tour was booked that same afternoon. Our tour guide, Chen, was also very helpful, providing detailed explanations of each attraction. He even drove us back to Chinatown from the city center. I would definitely book a tour with this company again. A very good travel experience.

Terrific trip. Fabulous to see well known places from the sea and different angles. Scott and Dom were helpful and fun, with great communication. Bottle nose dolphins! Very impressed that the the trip went ahead with less than full numbers. Jacket, hat, sunnies needed, and be ready for some bumps. Very exciting. Thank you! Memorable.

Ben was excellent so friendly and informational, especially as a solo traveller. The lunch included was delicious and the cheese tasting was an unexpected treat. Saddler vineyard was my favourite - Scotty was great.
