This tour was excellent. We walked to various points around the city centre (thankfully not a huge amount of walking, though, as York city centre is pretty small), and were told about macabre events in York's past and possible ghostly sightings at each location. The tour guide (Mackenzie?) was excellent and delivered the material in a very engaging way. I went with my cousin, who was visiting the UK from Australia over Christmas and New Year. I would definitely recommend this tour.โ

This was our first visit to York, and as Americans we knew almost nothing about the history of the area. Our tour guide, Lady Peckett, combined York history with entertainment and we absolutely loved her! We would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to learn about York, see some of the beautiful sights, and loves to laugh. ๎ฅ
