The trip was on October 16, 2026. Everything was organized perfectly. Our guide, Bruce, arrived early at the meeting point. We recommend checking your email and WA the day before, as our meeting point was changed the day before the trip. We were prepared for this—we received an email about it in advance. The tour itself was very quick and engaging! The line for the Ngongping was divided into two sections depending on the cabin type. We had a regular cabin without a carpeted floor, so we arrived later than those in the crystal cabins. Next, we went to a fishing village for a boat ride, then to the summit with its monastery and Buddha. The place is very interesting and beautiful, and the trip was educational. We recommend this tour company.

The tour guide was incredibly warm and attentive, constantly offering to take photos for us. He was very professional, had a great personal touch, and provided commentary throughout the tour in Chinese. Our group of seven had a fantastic time; it was a tour experience that exceeded our expectations. If you're like me and can accept a four-hour drive back and only want to stay in Chiang Mai, I highly recommend this tour.

This 1-day tour was a lovely experience. The Mojito catamaran was very comfortable — you can sit on the front deck and enjoy the views. The speed isn't too fast, so I didn't get seasick. Soft drinks and cookies were always available on board. Snorkeling and water activities were good, and on the way back we tried hand fishing, with the team treating us to fruit. Coral Island has clean, pleasant water despite the crowds. The hotel grounds where we had lunch on Ko Racha are beautiful with great views. Big thanks to the guides and crew — especially our guide Wun — for their care and fun atmosphere. On the downside, The 4-star hotel lunch was very average:a very small selection of dishes, and water as the only free drink. Also, expect long waits at Chalong Pier. The main white-sand beach on Racha Island is crowded with not-so-clean water — though that's more about the place itself than the tour.
