
1. After successful payment (for tickets not used on the same day), we will send the e-ticket to your email within 24 hours.
2. On the day of travel, please bring your printed paper ticket and passport. After inspection by staff, you can board the train.
3. If you booked a same-day ticket and haven't received it within 1 hour after payment, please contact our customer support immediately. We'll prioritize issuing your ticket.
Important notes:
1. Tickets are issued under real names. Please carefully enter each traveler's name and passport number when booking.
2. No need to redeem tickets or print paper tickets, you can directly scan the code to board.
3. Please note your required departure time when placing the order to avoid affecting ticket issuance.
On the day of travel, please arrive at the station at least 30 min in advance.
