We had a fantastic go-karting experience with this company in Naha, Okinawa – mainly because of their exceptional service. To be honest, we had the wrong driver's license with us, which was our own fault. The company could have simply refused us, but instead, they went above and beyond to help: they explained exactly what we needed, helped us quickly obtain the correct license, and flexibly rescheduled our appointment for the afternoon – all at no extra charge. The driving itself was fantastic: instead of the booked 60 minutes, we were out for 70. The track was exciting, the karts were in excellent condition, and the organization was professional and safe. As a bonus, we received a free photo and a great-edited video, which was later sent to us online. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable experience with a team that truly goes the extra mile to ensure their guests have a great time. Highly recommended.

The lunch by the beach was very good. Good spread of fresh sashimi and fishes. The village visit was not there. We were keen to see how the seniors live in their community and lifestyle. The shopping was unnecessary and a waste of time. The Hike was superb and highlight of the tour. Cape Hedo was very good and more time there will be a bonus. On the whole, a very good tour despite the improvements needed in 2 areas: village tour with glimpse of senior folks, and minus shopping as far as possible.

We did the morning tour, the sea was very rough, so we did witness some people throwing up on board! We saw one whale, however only the whale’s back from pretty far away. I think that must have been the only spot that morning, as around 6-8 other boats were also following the same whale alongside our boar.


