What's the difference between travel photoshoots and studio photoshoots?
Our travel photography service offers one-on-one sessions with photographers, completely different from traditional studio photography.

- What are the qualifications of the photographer/videographer?
Our photographers are experienced travel photographers, equipped with full-frame DSLR cameras including Canon, Sony, and Nikon series, and use professional software for photo editing, color grading, and retouching.
- When will the film be released?
The photos will be sent to your email or cloud storage within 24 hours after shooting (excluding the day of shooting). Please download them promptly as they will only be stored for free at the store for one month.
There are also on-site photo collection packages available. Please contact customer support for details.
· What is the free pick-up area?
Photographers provide free on-site service within 15 km of the city government building. For locations beyond this range, please contact customer support for additional transportation fees.
· What to do if the weather forecast shows rain?
We always refer to the actual weather conditions one hour before shooting, not the weather forecast, because it's not accurate.
· Are costumes provided?
Travel photography services have fully aligned with European and American standards - wear your own clothes, capture your unique style, don't be someone else's shadow, and discover your true beauty (∩_∩).
- Can the shoot be canceled if needed?
In case of rain on the scheduled shooting day, rescheduling or a refund is available. For other personal reasons preventing normal shooting or itinerary changes, modifications and refunds will be processed according to platform policies. Overcast weather conditions allow for normal shooting.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least one week in advance. You can place your order once you've decided on a date, or even on the same day if needed (please contact customer support).
- How do we get the photo?
The photos are digital copies and will be sent to the chat once edited. If you'd like prints, you can find many affordable photo printing shops online that offer home delivery.
- When is the best time for taking photos?
Shooting hours are from 9 AM–12 PM and 3–6 PM. Mornings usually have bright lighting and children are more energetic. Afternoons offer a relaxed and cozy atmosphere.
· What if I'm not satisfied with the photos?
After the shoot is completed on the same day, you can review the photos on the camera. If satisfied, confirm receipt. If unsatisfied, immediately notify customer support to request a refund, and the photos will be deleted on the spot.

If you don't have time to review photos on the same day after shooting, please immediately notify customer support. You can view watermarked photos online and request a full refund if unsatisfied. Once you confirm the photos are acceptable and receive the watermark-free versions, refunds will no longer be available. Please use this service product as agreed to avoid unnecessary losses for both parties.
