1. You must carry a valid ID such as an ID card or passport when entering or exiting the pier.
2. When boarding a yacht or sailing boat, casual attire is recommended. Females should avoid wearing skirts or high heels to prevent falls.
3. Please keep your personal belongings safe to prevent loss or dropping; apply sunscreen before boarding to avoid sunburn and redness for sensitive skin.
4. Not suitable for: seniors, children, pregnant women, those with heart disease or high blood pressure, excessive alcohol consumption, or severe seasickness.
5. Please follow the instructions of the captain, crew, and customer support when boarding. Ensure you wear a life jacket properly and avoid any dangerous actions.
6. Please remember to bring your ID card and plan your time wisely to avoid delays in departure. In case of adverse weather conditions (typhoons, storms), maritime bans, force majeure events, routine vessel maintenance, or mechanical failures that prevent timely repairs and affect operations, our company will notify travelers in advance to reschedule. Note:
Please make a phone reservation at least 1 day in advance, and at least 2 days in advance for national holidays.
When making a reservation, please provide your name, phone number, and specific departure time. You will need to proceed to the yacht pier on your own. Maritime border reporting procedures are required for departure, and your cooperation is appreciated to ensure a smooth sailing experience.
Before heading out to sea, prepare your own swimwear, sunscreen, towels, etc. Be cautious on the dock and boat to avoid falling overboard.
Change & Cancellation Policy:
1. If the cruise is canceled before departure due to weather conditions, you may delay, reschedule, or request a full refund.
Notify us more than 2 days before departure for possible cancellation if suitable slots are available.
3. During National Day, Spring Festival, and other statutory holidays when resources are limited, refunds are generally not issued within 1 day prior to departure after booking confirmation (except for cancellations due to weather conditions). For special circumstances, please contact the pier staff for assistance.
