Important notes: 1. Dining time is limited to 90 minutes. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals will result in reservation cancellation. 2. This reservation service primarily covers labor costs. After the confirmation email is sent, we do not accept refund requests due to subjective reasons (including but not limited to incorrect email or diner name, itinerary changes, or late arrival). 3. If the reservation is invalid due to our error (e.g., failed on-site booking) or objective reasons like sudden restaurant closure, we will issue a full refund or reschedule your booking. This product only includes the reservation fee and does not cover dining or any other expenses.
When booking this product, please provide the real name and valid email address of each diner. For groups of more than 6 people, please provide names and email addresses for at least 2 guests. For details, please contact customer support.
4. Entry with the confirmation voucher email – Present the original official email (forwarded emails are not accepted). Staff will verify the sender's address, which must be the official email – info@mail-pokemon-cafe.jp. Please arrive 10 minutes early and avoid being late!
Booking service requires a minimum of 2 people, same price for all visitors (regardless of age)
