Rii is an excellent tour guide, she is knowledgeable, very patient and very professional in her work. The driver is great and we enjoy the tour very much. The tour package is highly recommended and the snow scenery along the routes to these places is beautiful.

I joined the tour on November 15th. The bus was almost full, with people from many different countries in the group, but it was always our compatriots who were late. Sigh. Our tour guide, Vivi, was very good. She had to speak the exact same thing in three languages, which must have been quite tiring. The stops at each attraction were short. It was pretty much a quick visit, but there was no other way, as it was too far and time was tight. The weather was so-so this time, mostly overcast, but during a brief break in the sunshine, I saw half of Mount Yotei and immediately took a picture.

Thao Island was humorous and engaging, and the itinerary was well-planned. This time we parted ways in Noboribetsu, but I'd love to experience the whole tour again next time.

Incredible 18/8 Tour with Lisa – A Unforgettable Experience in Hokkaido! My tour with Lisa, an amazing guide from Shandong, China, was absolutely fantastic! Her enthusiasm and passion for the culture of Hokkaido truly shone through, making every stop exciting and memorable. She was not just knowledgeable, but also incredibly engaging, bringing the history and beauty of the region to life with every story she shared. Lisa’s warmth and interactivity made the entire group feel connected and included, and her experience was clear in every detail of the trip. From the dramatic landscapes of Noboribetsu Jigokudani to the stunning views at Chikyu Cape, Silo Observation Deck, and the serene Lake Toya and Lake Shikotsu, every stop was a highlight. If you're looking for an unforgettable tour in Hokkaido, Lisa is the guide to have. She made this experience one I’ll never forget!

Both snowmobiling and the bear ranch are worth experiencing. Before setting off, I thought they were similar, but in the end, I went to both. Snowmobiling is better with one per person (15,000 yen per snowmobile, cash only). At the bear ranch, it's 1,000 yen per person, and food is 200 yen per bag, also cash only. You can bring apples—I love their apples—it's really cool! The itinerary is a bit hardcore, so buy plenty of convenience store snacks to eat on the go.
