After booking, you will receive an instant confirmation email with your Trip.com voucher.

Please show the mobile voucher or printed copy to our driver/guide at the time of pick-up.

Pick-up service is available from hotels in Dubai city—please wait in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled time.

The voucher is valid only on the selected date and time.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Important note

We offer pickup from all hotels and residences located within Dubai city limits, including popular areas such as Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, JBR, Palm Jumeirah, Business Bay, and Deira.

Pickup is also available from Dubai Cruise Terminal (Port Rashid) and major shopping malls upon request.

Important Notes:

• Pickup from airports is not available.

• Pickup from Sharjah, Jebel Ali, or other emirates may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us prior to booking.

• Exact pickup time will be confirmed via email or WhatsApp after booking (typically between 2:00 PM and 2:10 PM depending on season and location).

• Guests should be ready at their hotel lobby 10 minutes before the confirmed pickup time.
