MY tour guide today was Samantha. Her service was 100% amazing. She was on time. She was very knowledgeable about the rides and suggested good ones that was appropriate for the baby or only adults. For rides I did solo, she offered to watch my baby while I enjoyed my self. She was patient the whole time. I appreciated that 100%. I had a wonderful and stress free day because of her guidance. I would recommend her to anyone that needs a guide in Beijing. She makes everything easier.★

Everything was on schedule. Our tour guide, Suzy, spoke excellent English. The trip was more like a transfer: we were picked up from Beijing, driven to the city center, and explained the city map and departure time. Overall, everything was very detailed and clear, but I would have liked to have received some historical information about the Great Wall of China during the trip: who started the construction, who completed it, and its length. That would have been interesting.★

Extremely experienced and also knowledgeable tour guide led the tour. He was able to rattle off poems amidst his explanation of the relics in Yuanmingyuan. Honestly if there’s no guide, you’d find it very very difficult to appreciate the place, as it is essentially a ruin. Not much has been restored and according to the guide, there’s no intention to restore the site.
