Even though we were guaranteed a window seat, they provided detailed advice on check-in so we could enjoy a better view, and we didn't have time to worry. Thanks to them, we were able to enjoy the best view. The shuttle to the hotel was in a clean vehicle and was on time, so we used this company for sightseeing on other days as well.

Our tour guide, Hari, speaks Chinese, provides clear explanations, and is very enthusiastic and generous. The itinerary is superb, highlighting the essentials and providing a quick overview of history and culture – definitely worth the trip. The chartered car service was efficient and relaxing. This is awesome experience trekking in fog, i had Sagar as my tour guide. He’s very clam, friendly and flexible for plan i wanted. I enjoyed the view so much and the car provided is super clean. The driver is so polite.


