I booked Peles Castle, Bran, and Brasov, but instead of Brasov, I ended up with a strange, albeit beautiful, place. I could have spent more time in Peles than in Bran.★

My guide was Otilia. Time planning was great, we had sufficient time at all destinations and attractions on the journey. Otilia was a knowledgeable and passionate guide who really shared a lot of stories about Romanian history which I found very interesting myself. However, we were unable to enter Peles Castle unless we paid extra, close to 30 euros, which is too much.★

Excellent communication, and staff very helpful. Pick up and drop off from my accommodation. Traian, the boss, was my tour guide. Very knowledgeable and excellent DJ! Very comfortable transport. Great itinerary. Traian suggested a lovely place to have lunch that offered tasty local dishes. One of the "must dos" from Brasov. ★

We had a fantastic trip with Alex our guide who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Clear instructions about where to meet. Despite a minor glitch with transport at the beginning of our trip, Alex made the bear watching experience incredibly interesting, sharing facts and stories about the bears. There was a group of 10 of us and we spent a couple of hours in the hide and saw 2 bears - an adult make and a young male. Alex had also brought binoculars with him so we could observe the bears more closely. An awesome trip and one we would 100% recommend. Thanks so much Active Travel and Alex.★

Our guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He was punctual as well. Everywhere we went, the people from the area knew him and seemed to respect him as well.
