Great day out, remember that during the winter months the top of the mountain is closed so you won’t be able to see the iconic view, you’ll still see him great view from the drive and also the break stops and other stops. Definitely would recommend and would do again in the summer months to see the iconic views

This tour allowed us to discover the beauty of the Wallachia landscapes. We departed in January, and despite the final stretch of the Transfăgărășan being closed, we enjoyed a magnificent day and breathtaking snow-covered landscapes. A special thanks to Victor, who shared so much knowledge and passion for his work and his land. He immediately put us at ease and, in his perfect Italian, told us unforgettable stories! Highly recommended!
