Our tour guide/ driver Kadek Putra was amazing overall. He was very good at driving, felt safe the whole time. Jesenn, our hiking guide for Mount Batur was amazing. She was encouraging the whole way. After the hike Kadek took us to a coffee plantation tour where we got to sample lots of coffee and tea which was an added bonus! I am grateful for such an asking experience!

Traffic in Ubud is indeed terrible, but our driver/guide, Wayan Zheng, was a highlight of the trip with his service and engaging conversation. He picked us up on time, introduced us to local culture along the way, drove smoothly, and was enthusiastic and energetic, taking great care of us on the road. Highly recommended! Thank you so much, and I'd love to recommend him; it was a wonderful trip. The only downside was the incredibly bad traffic!

Some of attractions were crowded, but beautiful beaches. If you have time, you should try to swim at the beaches. Transfer drivers were talented to take a phone and make videos.

What an amazing journey it was! We were in Ubud, and our driver, Mr Agung, a local Ubud resident, came to pick us up. Mr Agung was very professional and punctual. He arrived on time and was well-dressed. He drove carefully, ensuring our comfort on the windy roads. The tour itinerary met our expectations. We visited all three temples and decided to skip the coffee plantation since we had been there before. Mr Agung accommodated all our requests and was very considerate when we asked for breaks, especially since I was travelling with my daughter. He explained everything about Hindu celebrations and upcoming holidays, answering all our questions. He was attentive, always making sure we were comfortable, and even provided us with great tips on how to bargain during our visit to the Gates of Heaven in Bali. We recommend this tour to all future travellers. Special thanks to our Driver Mr Agung. Thank you


