Since the excursion started, it was very good, but the organization before that time, can definitely improve a lot. We have to be at our pick-up point at 8.10 - and we were only picked up at 8.55. Why weren't we informed? When we reported to the office before 8.10, the receptionist was not friendly or helpful. We wanted to use the bathroom, but was refused. A tour operator that doesn't allow their clients to use their bathroom!!! Customer service???

Very good, but the guide spoke far too quickly and showed no consideration for anyone, simply walking without turning around once, so my friend and I couldn't stay for the entire tour. The tour wasn't wheelchair accessible either.
