Very good. Kevin was professional, well-organized, and knowledgeable. We were disappointed that our expectations of seeing the Juliet House were not met. We couldn’t get close to it and no tickets to the house or court yard were available. I feel the information about the tour was a bit deceptive.

The visit was an unforgettable experience, largely thanks to Dali, who showed us the city of Verona with exceptional taste and affection, conveying a remarkable warmth and friendliness. The cruise on Lake Garda and the walk through Sirmeone were also highlights, accompanied throughout by a great sense of humor and excellent recommendations. In addition to all of this, she perfectly managed a diverse group of different nationalities and ages. She adapted the language and information effectively, ensuring the tour never felt unbalanced, and the twelve hours flew by. I'm not exaggerating when I say that our vacation was greatly enhanced by the excellent work of our guide, Dali, and our driver, Klaus—an indispensable guide/tour for anyone visiting the city.
