Due to unforeseen circumstances, the tour guide may arrive at the meeting point earlier or later than the scheduled time.

No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows. Please arrive 30 minutes before departure time.

• This itinerary may be adjusted slightly depending on weather or traffic conditions on the day.

How to get there

• By taxi: Take a taxi to Marina Bay Sands. Upon arrival, use the crosswalk to cross the street, then head toward a descending ramp (next to the bridge). Walk down the ramp and turn left to reach the meeting point (Xclusive Yacht boarding area).

Please arrive 30 minutes before departure and relax in the lounge equipped with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Boarding closes 15 minutes before departure.

• According to legal requirements, all guests must carry valid identification documents. Non-UAE passport holders must bring their passports.
• Life jackets must be worn when deemed necessary by the Coast Guard and during weather warnings.

In case of force majeure or extreme weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel the itinerary. Should this occur, you may choose to reschedule or request a full refund.
