Very nice tour with Ikram! He picked us up at our hotel and we had a private tour just the two of us. Ikram is very knowledgeable about the city óf Fes: he brings you to all the best sightseeing place such as the tanneries and a secret rooftop for the Medrasa, without any issues or hagglers. You stop at a few streetfood locations to try different Moroccan specialities ranging from pastries to yoghurt to fried spiced potatoes. You end the tour at a lovely family restaurant where you can enjoy an extensive lunch. Would definitely recommend this tour!

Our cooking class with Yassin and Amal was fantastic! It was a definite highlight of our trip. It began with a welcome tea and then a trip through the market to buy ingredients for the dinners we chose to make. I love that we were offered a choice as to what we wanted to make. I chose to make a chicken dish with dried fruit, a fresh salad, and fried potatoes. My sister chose a chicken with preserved lemon. It was so helpful to tour the markets with Yaseen because he gave us information on how much we should be paying for things when shopping on our own. Amal was a wonderful cook and very gracious. The dynamic between Amal and Yaseen was a lot of fun. I would highly recommend this tour. You felt as if you were cooking with family. Our meals were some of the best meals we’ve eaten during our time in Morocco.


