The customer service was proficient and arranged very quickly. The driver also worked very hard. Thanks for the arrangement. We flew from Bali to Surabaya specifically to see the volcano, just for Bromo. After setting off from the city at 23:00, we arrived at the top of the mountain. In order to see the starry sky, we waited for a while on the top of the mountain early. Even with the thick clothes we rented, we still felt a little cold. The clouds and mist slowly dissipated at sunrise, and we finally saw the volcano itself at dawn. When we came, we were still worried that we would not be able to see it due to fog. It really felt like a super spectacular painting. The horizontal screen of the mobile phone could not capture it in full. The surround photography was worth the several hours of waiting. Fortunately, we came. The volcano was still hot, and many people came to check in. The experience this night was very cool. After the driver and we arrived at the top of the mountain, he took a break and took us to the observation deck. We went to the highest point to wait, and the wind was whistling.

Mount Bromo was absolutely breathtaking! Climbing to the summit at dawn to witness the magnificent sunrise and sea of ​​clouds, with smoke swirling around the crater, felt like stepping into another world. The itinerary was well-planned, the experience was fantastic, and this trip was definitely worthwhile.

The itinerary was professionally and reasonably planned, the driver was highly skilled on mountain roads, and the guide was incredibly attentive, not only very enthusiastic but also proactively helping us find the best shooting spots. Riding in a jeep across the vast desert was an amazing experience, like landing on another planet. Standing on the crater, listening to the roar from underground, and watching sulfurous smoke rise from the cracks was a unique and unforgettable experience – definitely worth a thumbs up!

The agency had great flexibility to accommodate my special needs. At the end of the trip, someone from the group wanted to leave so she could head to another attraction nearby, the tour guide paid extra care to make sure she wasn’t left alone in the remote area of Mt Bromo. So the trip met every basic expectation of mine. If anything, one of the jeep trip we took had a heavy gasoline smell, which made the part of journey unbearable; but it’s a matter of luck coz the other jeep we had was perfectly neat and scent free.

Unfortunately, it was only cloudy, so no sunrise was visible, and Borobodur was nowhere to be seen. We did have a friendly driver, though. Borobodur was very special, with a good guide.
