Praise: The vehicle and driver arrangements were excellent. The spacious Toyota allowed for a good nap on the bus during the sunrise tour. We departed at 2:30 PM and arrived around 5:40 PM. The Taj Mahal doesn't open until 6:30 AM. A temporary rest area in the hotel lobby was arranged. The tour guide was also very helpful, having a friend buy tickets for him, saving us time queuing. Areas for Improvement: There was some shopping; we were arranged to buy carpets, scarves, and marble real estate. The prices seemed very high to me, even though shopping wasn't mandatory. I would suggest removing this part unless guests specifically request it.

Had such a good experience with the tour, firstly, our driver Rahul was amazing and super friendly. Shakib was the best tour guide, he went to every length to make sure we had a full experience. The information and amazing pictures he helped us take was really memorable, such lovely people and I would highly recommend to anyone who’s thinking of seeing the Taj Mahal.

Highly recommend. Imran and company were extremely responsive and kind. I appreciated the opportunity to meet him and hope to work together in future. Imran (owner) is also super well connected around town and known to be a good person (vs lots of shady people in delhi unfortunately) as coincidentally even our private car driver knew him well. The Taj Mahal tour with pick-up and drop-off service was fantastic. The travel agency owner thoughtfully arranged for Khan, an Indian guide who speaks Chinese, and Ifran, a driver who picked us up and dropped us off. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe even surrounded by two Indian locals! Also, the Taj Mahal does not accept UnionPay credit cards; I recommend paying in cash or purchasing tickets online.
