It was very convenient to be able to board a train simply by saving the searched schedule. Changing the schedule was also easy. However, the update of delayed train times was a little slow, making it difficult to travel on tight schedules in some sections. Also, it was a bit inconvenient that seat reservations could only be purchased by going to the website first, rather than through the app. Overall, however, I was satisfied.

We had Natalia as a tour guide today and she had so much knowledge it was wonderful to listen to her and learn so much from her. She told us so much history and had such insight it made the whole trip and experience so worth while. I couldn’t recommend her enough she was so pleasant and knowledgeable and she made the tour so enjoyable
