I booked the tour.In 15-20 minutes they texted me to confirm the pick up and drop off point. Overall the tour was good. The guide spoke in Chinese and next in English. We had visited the palace and three ruined temples ( they are amazing !!!!). I had good experience. They treated us to a traditional crepe with cotton candy filling. Thank you.★

Our tour guide, Nicky, was very nice and gave a thorough explanation. He even offered to take photos and give us posing tips. Most of the attractions on the itinerary didn't have much shade, but they did provide umbrellas for rent. You could just pick them up without having to register, which was something I'd never encountered in Taiwan where you didn't need to rent one.★

A full day exploring the entire Ayutthaya complex, a riot of culture and nature! It was very hot, especially in the middle of the day. Lunch was at a place recommended by the guide, where we ate very well at average prices! The guide was very friendly!★

I chose the hotel pick-up option and was very satisfied. The team is very organized, responsive, and punctual. It's a very complete day. I found enough time for each visit. Our guide William was very friendly, as was the driver, and he explained everything to us. It makes a big difference to have a guide who explains the history of the temples so we don't get lost. Lunch was a buffet and it was good. The guide takes care to make several stops for us to use the restroom and offers us fresh water during the visits. I highly recommend it!★
