Children under 90cm (not including 90cm) can enter the bath for free. The child price applies to children between 90cm (including 90cm) and 140cm (not including 140cm). Children 140cm and above will be charged the adult ticket price.

How to use

One ticket per person, purchase according to the number of participants

Operating hours: Open 24 hours

Single-entry bathing fee (overnight fee not included). Valid for 24 hrs (overnight fee of CNY69 per person applies if staying past 1:00 AM).

Single bathing fee (including overnight stay): Available 24 hrs

Bathing package + foot massage package available hours: Monday to Sunday 11:00 AM–1:00 AM the next day (an overnight fee of CNY69 per person will be charged after 1:00 AM)

Except for the single-entry package (including overnight fee), all other packages do not include overnight fees. An additional overnight fee of CNY69 per person will be charged after 1:00 AM.

Children under 90cm (not including 90cm) can enter the bath for free. The child price applies to children between 90cm (including 90cm) and 140cm (not including 140cm). Children 140cm and above will be charged the adult ticket price.

All activities must be completed in one visit on the same day (unused items are non-refundable).

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

Water park opening hours: 1:00 PM–8:00 PM on weekends and holidays, closed on working days (non-refundable); duration: 5 hr

Water Park Notice: One ticket grants one person multiple entries to the water park. Children under 140cm must be accompanied by a guardian to enter the water. Swimsuits and swimming caps are mandatory for entry. Water depths: Children's play pool - 0.3m, Functional pool - 0.6m, Adult play pool - 0.8m.

Children aged 2 and under are not allowed to enter the water park. The venue is an indoor water park. Please bring your own swimwear (swimsuit, swim trunks, swim cap) to enter. Those not wearing swimwear will be denied entry. Swimsuits, swim trunks, swim caps and other items are available for purchase on-site.

Holidays are peak periods for the venue. We recommend customers plan their trips in advance for a better service experience.

The venue provides towels, bathrobes (15 styles available), Japanese imported shampoo, conditioner, body wash, facial cleanser, lotion, toner, moisturizer, toothbrushes, toothpaste, disposable razors, cotton swabs, hair dryers, and lockers for valuables. Outside alcohol, food, and card games are strictly prohibited. Please consult the merchant for details before purchasing.

Depending on availability, we can provide baby bathtubs, seats, etc. Children over 90cm (inclusive) cannot bathe together (we offer supervised bathing services for children who cannot bathe together, with staff assisting them with bathing and changing clothes. If needed, please contact the on-site staff).
