Our guide was very informative and did a good job of engaging the group. It was a rainy day and she found places under cover for us and also adjusted what we were doing to match the entry times to the museums. The addition of a bus ride due to the rain was greatly appreciated! One suggestion is to make meeting place instructions clearer and to make sure the phone number on the reservation materials is in service.★

I thought I could take the elevator up to the terrace, but the last set of stairs was tough! The stairs going down were also tough! But the view of the cathedral from the terrace and the inside of the cathedral are both amazing! If you're planning a trip to Milan, be sure to climb the terrace as well! It's worth it!★

This was a great tour. We discovered so much more than if we had walked around ourselves. The guide was really good and gave us lots of interesting tips and info on the building. The building itself is amazing. Was good to go early before it got busy.★
